We're Nuts!

Earlier this month we took a trip up to Fountain Green to look at a puppy (westie/maltese mix).
What were we thinking? No one can resist puppies!
Do you like the dog collar?
Lucy made it for me for the occasion.
Mimi and Ruby joined us on our journey.
This is Sparky!
(He'll be coming home on August 15th...
That is if I don't get out of this some how)
Yeah, Max looks sweet now...
Its being alone with this pup that I'm worried about.
Sparky's the runt and the size of this beanie baby!

  1. This situation is reminiscent of something....oh yeah that "cuddly" and "not-annoying-at-all" little Dobey Cupcake..haha. You guys ARE nuts! I guess that's what happens when your child is obsessed with animals. You are braver than me!! Those puppies are pretty irresistible though, I will admit. Two words...doggy door.

  2. Hailey,
I love Sparky, but I love all little babies. If you would like to come to Idaho, I can get you a kitten to go with the new puppy...... :D

  5. You crazy girl! The kids will have fun play with their new puppy. I will have to bring Bailey over so she can play with little Sparky.

  6. OH FER CUTE! I know you're nuts, and I know I don't have to tell you that you're nuts because you know you're nuts, and I know I'm nuts. We're all nuts. That's why I have a highly neurotic, obsessive compulsive, overly nervous boston terrier on my hands WHO I WOULDN'T TRADE FOR THE WORLD! Enjoy your puppy:).

  8. I concur... you're nuts to get a puppy with a brand new baby. My kids pediatrition said he thought puppy's are harder than newborns. I laughed... he's old, and hasn't raised kids in awhile. The puppy's a cute little thing though. Good luck :-)

  9. HAY HAI!
You can do it girlfriend! hahah......Of course we all know the seven habits are more difficult to do when you are a mom of kids and puppies. Sounds so tiring. But so rewarding too. I hope things get a little easier somehow. And I know that it can work for anyone...the seven habits. Its just figuring out how to adjust them for your personal situations thats the trick i guess.
