I've Never Been More Proud

I'm always entertained at
what Max thinks is a good idea.
He was devastated when he couldn't get
this toilet seat off as easily as he got it on.

    Oh no! Poor guy ... look at that face, he looks totally defeated! This used to happen to Avery when she was little ... but i was never in any rush to release her from her own self-inflicted bondage. It always reminded me of a dog with a cone on it's head! Max looks awfully cute when he's frustrated though! =)

    ah, it's what having a boy is all about. what fun would life be if we didn't take a step back every now and again and say, "hey, I never thought I'd be helping my kid get a toilet seat off his head, and yet, here we are!" embrace it.
